The Services

Clean Step Systems LLC offers a range of online, downloadable and non-downloadable digital products and services, including access to a proprietary business systems template hosted on the Notion platform, a library of instructional videos, and a private online community used for posting on discussion boards as well as offering blog posts, podcasts, newsletters, digital downloads, additional resources, as well as live broadcasts and one on one coaching sessions. Access to these services is granted upon the successful completion of a purchase and is subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service.

Our systems, business advice, and community discussions are provided as a general framework for you to adapt to your specific business needs. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all procedures and policies you implement are legal, compliant, and appropriate for your business and the location you operate from. You are strongly encouraged to consult with legal, accounting, and other relevant professionals before implementing any new policies or procedures if you feel they are operating out of any legal or ethical boundaries..

The core of our online business systems is built on and delivered through the Notion software platform, a third-party service. While we provide and maintain the unique structure, content, and functionality of our templates, the underlying software and its availability are the sole responsibility of Notion. We are not responsible for any technical issues, outages, security breaches, or changes to the Notion platform that may affect your access to or use of our products. You are responsible for complying with Notion’s own terms of service and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any product or service offered at any time and for any reason, with or without notice to you. Any such changes will be effective immediately. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product or service.

Membership Payments & Subscriptions

We offer our online services and digital products for purchase either as a one-time payment or through a recurring subscription plan, or a combination of the two. By purchasing a product or subscription, you agree to the initial and recurring charges and acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term at the then-current subscription rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

To access our full range of products and services, including the community, you must create a user account on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion.

The account that purchased the membership, cannot be shared. Sharing or other methods that allow for multiple users to access the same account are strictly forbidden and may result in termination of the account and support.

All payments for our products and services are processed directly on our website through Kajabi Payments, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure socket layer (SSL) technology, to protect your purchase and payment information during transmission. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data, you acknowledge that no online transmission is ever completely secure, and we are not liable for any unauthorized access or loss of data beyond our control. All prices for products and services are subject to change at any time without notice. Such changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Community Guidelines

Please read these Community Guidelines carefully before using Our Service.

Purpose

We want the Clean Step Systems Community to reflect the best version of the entrepreneurial life. This is a community where we treat each other with respect and help each other succeed. The content that you contribute should add to the community in a constructive manner. Together we can make our community a place where everyone is able to learn, grow, and communicate, which, in turn, helps create economic opportunity for everyone.

Reporting Abusive Content

If you see something you believe may violate our policies, whether in profiles, posts, messages, comments, or anywhere else, please report it to us. Combined with our defenses, these reports help us identify and prevent abuse.

Enforcement

Violating our community policies can result in action against your account or content. These policies apply to all members. Depending on the severity of violation, we may limit the visibility of certain content, label it, or remove it entirely. Repeated or egregious offenses will result in account restriction and/or deletion without warning or refund. If you believe action taken on your content or your account was in error, you can submit an appeal by contacting us.

Guidelines

The integrity and safety of our Community and our users means a lot to us. In order to keep the Community as efficient and helpful as possible, we expect you to observe these guidelines:

Before posting or creating a new thread, make sure the issue you’re experiencing or the question you have is not already posted somewhere in the Community. Multiple threads on the same issue create clutter.
Avoid double posting. We will delete duplicate threads or posts on the same questions created by a user.
Make sure that the board you are posting on is relevant for your issue.
Please only post information relevant for the board and avoid discussing personal matters or topics unrelated to the board.
Create a new thread or find another related thread if you have multiple queries. Do not add further queries to an existing thread.
Be careful about the information that you post. Keep in mind that your posts will be available for all users of the Community.
Always use an appropriate and respectful language when you post information in the Community. Avoid racist, sexist, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, obscene, condescending or otherwise offensive language that could be considered detrimental to other users, or Clean Step System employees or moderators.
Do not post information or create threads for the promotion or advertisement of commercial products or services.
Please do not post information such as name, address, personal identification number, social security number, email address, credit card information, or other personal information of you or other persons. Also make sure that you have all legal rights and/or consents to post any information or other material that you provide or link to through the Community.
For obvious reasons, do not post links to malware, trojan viruses, or otherwise malicious content.
Do not spam users via the Private Messages tool in the Community.
Do not run your own contests in this Community.
Do not use any Clean Step Systems logo or trade name as your avatar or user name, or otherwise pose as a Clean Step Systems employee or moderator when posting in the Community.

Please always be respectful when using the Community, and do not post of any Content which, in the sole discretion of Clean Step Systems:

is offensive, abusive, threatening, bullying, harmful, shocking, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, condescending;
is illegal, or intended to promote or commit an illegal act of any kind, including but not limited to, violations of intellectual property rights, privacy rights or proprietary rights;
is threatening, inciting, or promoting violence;
is promoting dangerous organizations or individuals;
is false or misleading;
includes personal data of third parties or is intended to solicit such personal data;
includes malicious content, such as malware, trojan horses or viruses;
includes your or any other user’s password;
involves the transmission of unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming", or junk mail, chain letters or similar;
involves commercial or sales activities, such as advertising, contests, sweepstakes, or pyramid schemes;
links or references to commercial products or services;
interferes with or disrupts the Community; or
otherwise conflicts with the Community Terms or these Guidelines.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access to all systems and content, we are unable to provide refunds. If you have concerns, please contact our support team so we can assist you with any issues.

Copyright, User Content, & Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the Notion template, its unique structure, formulas, and automations, along with all videos, text, logos, and other materials provided to you, are the sole and exclusive property of Clean Step Systems LLC. This content is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use our content for your own personal or business purposes as an end-user.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Sharing, distributing, selling, or otherwise making our content available to any person or entity.
Reproducing, duplicating, copying, or reselling any part of our services or products.
Using our content to create a competing product or service.
Removing any copyright or other proprietary notices from our content.

We employ technological measures, including unique digital tracking data embedded within our systems, to monitor and detect unauthorized use and distribution of our copyrighted content.

Any unauthorized use or distribution of our content constitutes a serious breach of these Terms of Service. Such a breach may result in the immediate termination of your access to our products and community, without refund. We reserve the right to pursue any and all available legal remedies, including but not limited to, civil action for copyright infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We use IP address tracking for time and location of user logins. Account access is for the sole use of the purchaser. Any sharing of account access is a breach of this policy, which will result in an additional license being purchased for each unauthorized user and the suspension of your account without refund.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Pasco County, Florida for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement. You agree to be responsible for any legal fees and court costs incurred by Clean Step Systems LLC in enforcing these terms against you.

By uploading or posting content to our community, you grant Clean Step Systems LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any and all media. This license is granted solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our services.

We welcome and encourage your feedback, comments, and suggestions for improving our products and services. By providing any feedback, you acknowledge and agree that we can use it without any obligation to compensate or credit you. All such feedback is provided on a non-confidential basis.

Fair Use Disclaimer

The Company may use copyrighted material which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner. The Company is making such material available for criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms Of Service may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
