Notion offers a free plan that's perfect for learning the basics and building your first systems. It includes unlimited pages, databases, and core features.

As your needs grow, Notion's paid plans unlock more powerful capabilities:

• Plus ($10/month) — Unlimited charts, custom automations, and extended page history

• Business ($20/month) — Advanced permissions (groups), integrations, and Notion AI features

We recommend starting on the free plan while you learn. You can upgrade anytime as your systems become more sophisticated. Our courses and templates work on any Notion plan — you won't be locked out of learning.  

Our CRM / Field Service Template works on Notion's free plan — you'll be able to use the built-in automations (though you won't be able to edit them), and you'll have access to only one chart on the KPIs page. For full automation editing, unlimited charts, and more, you'll need Notion's Plus plan ($10/month). Group permissions and AI features require Notion's Business plan ($20/month) or higher.

Bottom line: You can learn and use the template on any plan. Upgrade when you're ready to unlock advanced features like team permissions and Notion AI.

No. Not Initially. Our main "The Clean Step Systems Collective" Product is a one time purchase which opens access to our program for 12 months.  We feel like this is the right amount of time required for the average student to learn and master our program.  If you feel like you need more time after the 12 months are up, or if you just would like to stay on top of the latest on Notion, business systems, and AI integration, we have a monthly subscription plan at just $29/month. 

Yes. Once you've finished the initial 12-month access to our program, you can sign up to stick with us on a monthly subscription to keep up with the latest and greatest in new tech and Notion.  You can cancel the monthly subscription any time.

You lose access to the community and premium content when cancel your subscription with us. Any downloads or templates you've saved are yours to keep.

Because there is a learning curve to fully optimizing your results, having people you can bounce questions and ideas off of will be critical to your development.  Also, your capabilities will be amplified when you have people around you keeping you accountable.  We're constantly experimenting within the community, so having people around to collaborate with is always a force multiplier.  Finally, there are different industries, different businesses within those industries, and then there is your specific business, your business location, etc., so while there will always be universal building blocks to business systems there may also be unique twists and specific details that require attention FOR YOU. Using the community as a sounding board along with our resources will get you to the end game faster.
